Ingredients

1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 bananas
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 egg
¼ cup canola oil
⅓ cup milk
1 cup cranberries, dried

SUGAR FREE CRANBERRY BANANA BREAD

A sugar free banana bread with a tarty addition! This will make your house smell amazing and is perfect for kids!

Directions

Issa loves bananas, if it were up to him that’s all he would eat all day. Turning plain old bananas into bread, removes them from plain view and gives him a little extra nutrients when he’s craving them.

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 F

Mix dry ingredients together (except cranberries, if using dried)

In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas, add vanilla, maple syrup, egg, oil and mix.

Add the milk, then the dry ingredients. Then fold cranberries and save some extra to sprinkle on top.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Allow to cool before serving.
