Mix dry ingredients together (except cranberries, if using dried) |

In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas, add vanilla, maple syrup, egg, oil and mix. |

Add the milk, then the dry ingredients. Then fold cranberries and save some extra to sprinkle on top. |
