OVEN BAKED MEATBALLS

This delicious baked meatball recipe only requires 5 minutes of prep time and they turn out perfect each and every time! The amount of meals you can make with these is endless! I’ve made spaghetti with them, meatball subs, daoud bashas.. and my favourite: meatball pizzas!

  • Easy

Directions

For this pizza recipe I used a homemade tomato base, made entirely out of fresh tomatoes, and goes great with this meatball pizza (recipe below).

I will be sharing my homemade pizza dough soon, but for now here’s how to put it all together:

Preheat oven to 400 F

Place baking sheet over pizza pan and spray.

Roll out pizza dough and place on pan.

Spread tomato base. Add onions, add 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Add orange peppers (or topping of choice). and then place some of the meatballs on top. place in the oven (middle rack) for 7 minutes, then remove, add more cheese on top and put back in the oven for another 8 – 10 minutes or until the rest of the cheese has melted.
