Mango Coconut Oatmeal Bake

This simple tropical flavored oatmeal bake is the perfect family friendly breakfast! Bake this in advance and reheat as needed. You can slice these into bars and serve them to your toddlers as a healthy snack.

Directions

This bake tastes great warm, straight out of the oven and even better as bars served at room temperature. I like making this as a healthy side dish during a weekend breakfast spread and saving some for a yummy packed breakfast bar for Issa to take to school.

Note: This is not a dessert, if you want it to be you can add a a few tablespoons of brown sugar to the mix.

Putting this here 🙂 I found this picture looking through older photos I took of this oatmeal bake.
