Note: I did not add salt to these crackers because halloumi cheese is salty enough. You can add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to this recipe if you are using a low-salt halloumi cheese ลิงค์ของฉัน.




Preheat oven to 375 F. Line and spray a baking tray.


Using a food processor (its the quickest way to do this, if you do not have a food processor chopping with a knife works too.) shred the kale, then remove the kale from the food processor place in a small bowl and squeeze to release any excess water.

Place the kale back in the food processor, add the cheese, olive oil and canola oil and pulse together.


Once its all blended together, add flour and water and process for 60 seconds until a dough is formed, you can add an extra tablespoon of water if it's too dry, or more flour if its sticky or wet.


Remove the dough from the food processor and place on a liberally floured surface. Roll out the dough as thinly as you can get it. Using a fork poke holes in the dough.


Using a cookie cutter or knife cut into shapes and place on baking tray. Bake for approx 17 - 20 minutes or until they're golden around the sides. Let cool completely before serving.
