Every Saturday with some exceptions Issa, Mazen and I head out grocery shopping in the morning to stock up for the week.
We come home hungry and too tired to start cooking and piling up dishes, but we had just filled our fridge and pantry with goodies, it doesn’t make sense to order food after all that food shopping (although we do sometimes :P).
We like to make something simple and usually everyone helps out.
I always have pizza dough fermenting in the fridge for emergency pizza or other carb cravings. This Saturday we got creative with our pizza trios here is what we came up with:
We made our favourite crispy kale white pizza. Another white pizza topped with halloumi cheese and sundried tomato and a “red” pizza?
