Which meal is your toddler’s favourite? Mine loves breakfast and it’s usually the time of day when he eats the most. If yours is the same way, take advantage and offer foods he usually wouldn’t eat any other time during the day.

RecipeIn a small pot combine milk, water, cinnamon and nutmeg over medium heat. Bring to a boil |

Reduce heat to low. Add oats and grated carrots. Stir in raisins. |

Cook on medium low for 10 minutes, while stirring every now and then. |

Remove from heat, stir in maple syrup |
