Cantaloupes over Cream Cheese Toast.


If your LO doesn’t like the texture of cantaloupes just blend them with the cream cheese before spreading over toast.

Cereal may not sound like the perfect finger food, but bitesize types like this wholegrain cookie crisp cereal are perfect for little fingers, just add milk to soften the crunch.

Mini Banana Bread

Sliced banana muffins
Cheddar cubes with blueberries (cut in half) and pear pieces.

Baby-Friendly Chicken Salad  

Babies can enjoy a chicken salad too! 🙂

Pea Pancakes

Add any veggies to a pancake mix and top with greek yogurt.

Beef Pitas 

Mix ground beef (raw) with onions, garlic and parsley, spread inside a pita and bake until beef is cooked. Served with Baba Ganoush.
