Baby Yogurt Bowl
They’re not very BLW, but a combination doesn’t hurt. You can have your little one pick the fruits and fig bars and you end up with a naturally flavoured yogurt. 🙂
Sweet and savoury options. They’re too young to have a slice of blueberry cheesecake yet so here is the next best thing; blueberries over shredded cheese. It’s always a plus when you add veggies at breakfast.
Dates with Bananas and Milk
Dates are a great breakfast option; they’re filling and rich in nutrients. I wouldn’t give dates other than for breakfast though, because of their high sugar content. It’s hard enough putting little ones to sleep 😛
I pitted the dates, sliced them and rolled them, To make them softer and easier to chew, soak them in boiled water for 5 minutes.
Mozzarella Breakfast Salad
If your little one doesn’t like to drink water much; try some grated cucumbers; you can spice things up by squeezing some clementine or orange juice.
Zaatar bread: Zaatar with some olive oil mixed with bitesize toast.
Cottage cheese topped with strawberry jam, cereal flakes and melon bites.
This is a quick breakfast to whip up when in a rush.. can even be served as a snack when in a hurry during the day.
